1. Service provider
These terms apply to services offered by Shehryar Noor, an independent designer and developer based in Pakistan, through shehryarnoor.com. Contact: contact@shehryarnoor.com or +92 316 0747917.
2. Services and quotations
Services include website design and development, Shopify setup, app design and development, 3D design, AI-assisted creative work and automation, redesign, maintenance and migration. Each engagement is defined by an accepted written quotation stating deliverables, price, timeline, revisions and payment milestones.
3. Pricing and payment
Website prices are starting prices in USD, not a binding quote for every project. Final charges, applicable taxes and third-party costs are disclosed before payment. Hosting, domains, paid themes, plugins, platforms and subscriptions are excluded unless expressly included. Payment instructions and milestones appear in the agreed invoice. This website does not collect card information or provide an active online checkout.
4. Client responsibilities
Provide accurate project requirements, authorized content and necessary access in a timely manner. You are responsible for having rights to supplied text, images, logos and other materials. Delayed content or feedback may require a revised timeline.
5. Revisions and changes
Business Website and Shopify packages include two revision rounds within the agreed scope. Additional features, changed requirements and additional revision rounds are quoted separately and require agreement before work proceeds.
6. Delivery and acceptance
Work is delivered digitally through staging links, files or an agreed launch and handover. Review work against the accepted scope and report issues so they can be addressed. Details are explained in the Delivery Policy.
7. Ownership and third-party materials
After the agreed project fees are paid, ownership of custom final deliverables transfers as specified in the quotation. Third-party fonts, themes, software, stock materials and AI tools remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
8. AI, platforms and external approvals
AI-generated or assisted work is reviewed but may require further checking for accuracy, suitability and rights. Third-party payment, app-store, advertising or platform approvals are decided by those providers and are not guaranteed as part of design or setup services.
9. Cancellation, issues and applicable rights
The Refund & Cancellation Policy explains cancellation and refund handling. Please raise service concerns promptly through the published contact channels. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
