1. Before work begins
You may cancel an agreed project before work starts and receive a full refund of project fees paid to Shehryar Noor.
2. After work begins
If you cancel after work has started, the portion relating to uncompleted work is refundable. Completed work is assessed against the deliverables and milestones agreed in your written quotation. An itemized explanation of the completed and uncompleted portions will be provided.
3. If agreed work is not delivered
If an agreed part of the project cannot be delivered, the amount paid for that undelivered portion is refundable. Please contact me first so we can identify the affected deliverable and resolve the issue.
4. Revisions and dissatisfaction
Tell me which agreed requirement has not been met. Included revision rounds are available within the accepted scope, and a delivery problem will be reviewed before a refund decision. Requests for features outside the original scope are quoted separately.
5. How to request a cancellation or refund
Email contact@shehryarnoor.com or message +92 316 0747917 with your name, project or invoice reference, and the reason for your request. I aim to respond within 2 business days. Once the amount is agreed, approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
6. Refund method and external purchases
Where available, refunds are returned through the original payment method. Charges paid directly to external domain, hosting, theme, app or software providers are subject to those providers' refund policies.
7. Your rights
This policy does not restrict any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that apply to your purchase. Contact me with questions before accepting a quotation.
