1. What is delivered
All services are digital. Deliverables may include a website, store configuration, app or app interface, 3D files or renders, AI creative assets, workflow automation or documented maintenance work, depending on the accepted quotation. No physical shipping is involved.
2. When the timeline starts
The agreed timeline starts once the scope is accepted and the required content, assets, access and agreed initial payment have been received. Client feedback delays or agreed changes may require a revised delivery date.
3. Package timelines
Business Website delivery is targeted within 7 days after the start conditions are met. Shopify, 3D, application, AI and other custom project delivery dates are agreed in writing before payment. A fixed delivery promise is not made before the scope is understood.
4. Reviews and revisions
Design previews or staging links are shared during the project. Business Website and Shopify packages include two revision rounds within the agreed scope. Additional changes and their impact on timing are agreed separately.
5. Handover and access
Final delivery is made through an agreed staging or live website, a secure file link, or transfer into your own account. Source files, access credentials, instructions and ownership transfers follow the terms of your quotation and payment milestones.
6. Support after launch
The Shopify package includes two weeks of post-launch support for the delivered scope. Support for other services is stated in the quotation. Ongoing maintenance is a separately agreed service.
7. Delivery problems
If a link does not work, a file is missing or an agreed item is incomplete, contact contact@shehryarnoor.com with your project reference. Undelivered work is handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
